Reservations

Reservations are recommended for all kayak and canoe rentals to guarantee availability for your party. All guided trips must be reserved in advance. Reservations will only be guaranteed with a valid VISA or MasterCard. To secure your rental, please call us at (850) 229-1991 or toll-free at (866) 229-1991 to check on availability for the dates required. A driver's license or photo ID may be required at time of rental.

Cancellations

Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled within 3 days of your scheduled arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations without 3 days' prior notice will be charged for the rental unless weather conditions are unfavorable for paddling. We won't send you out in weather we cannot tolerate ourselves!

Security Deposits

A VISA or MasterCard credit card will be required for security on all rentals.

Liability Disclosure

Water sports have inherent risks for which all passengers must sign a waiver of liability. Minors under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign a permission form. All aboard are required to wear a life vest. Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are not permitted on board our rental craft.
