Happy Ours Kayak and Canoe Outpost was established in centennial year 2000 as a division of Fine Lines Plus, Inc., and is now the longest-established livery in the county.  Our member affiliations include the Gulf County and Apalachicola Bay Chambers of Commerce, and the Paddlesports Industry Association, and we are happy to support many non-profit organizations and charitable events in the Forgotten Coast area.  We are located directly on St. Joseph Bay in the Florida Panhandle between Panama City and Apalachicola, at 775 Cape San Blas Road, Port St. Joe FL 32456.
